How often do you optimize your ads?

With 5+ ad networks in my chain of advertisers on my larger sites, I've found that I frequently need to go in a weed out the ads that either A) I don't want to show because they annoy me or B) Don't pay enough.

So was just curious how often you go in an do a little "ad maintenance" to keep your revenue at it's highest potential.

As far as selecting campaigns... I've found it was too much work. I just autoselect and filter out the categories I don't want.

As far as changing my chain... I do it whenever one network starts getting weak (I move them down).
