Hi, I'm planning to start a website ( 1 page ) where Iwould like to list all Belgian forums. Now I know it's good to repeat your keywords a lot ( in my case "forum" & "forums") but I don't want to get banned from google or any other SE for using my keywords to much.

See the image I attached, this is only the beginning, once I have enough forums to list I will probably have my keywords

"forum" about 5-10 times on that page and "forums" 10-15.

As long as your text makes sense grammatically you're fine.

Can you get banned from google if you include your keywords too many times. I am not sure about my website does anyone know if they think this website is alright www.cheatextreme.com

You can include your keywords as many times as you like providing it makes grammatical sense. Not sure about your site, I haven't really got time to look properly at the moment. No doubt someone else will though.

Be sure to use header<h> tags....
