There are 16 countries available for google EFT:

Austria
Belgium
Canada
Denmark
France
Germany
Great Britain
Ireland
Italy
Japan
Netherlands
Portugal
Spain
Sweden
Switzerland
United States

NO AUSTRALIA!

Australia's economy in general. and its Internet business in particular, is many multiples of the value of Ireland, Netherlands, Spain and Portugal, but no EFT.

Maybe Mr McGoogle thought Austria was 'Australia' :p (it happens).

LuckyShima, I agree, it is unacceptable. I can only assume there is some sort of regulatory issue or something (that's what delayed Paypal's entry into Australia).

Yeah, pretty slack. The cc processor I used when I was in Australia (Paysystems, or something), was US-based and paid me by EFT no problem.

I agree, it seems odd that Americans would allow their branch plant (aka Canada) to use EFT, but not a state of their own country.
