how do i go about blocking blocking folder 2 and link.php from having robots access this file.

/folder1/folder2/link.php?t=test

Disallow: /folder1/folder2/

will this block folder 1 in my robots file

Yes. And just to make sure you can put this in as well:

Disallow: /folder1/folder2/link.php

"Disallow: /folder1/folder2/" will NOT block "Folder 1".

It will only block folder2 and its contents.
