For me, more contrast between the text and the backgound would be easier to read.

If you look really closely you can see that the logo has certain similarities to the logo on this site:

its kinda mesed up in firefox, the top writing: "Hosting Shop :: Free Web Hosting Domain Name Web Address Registration" and the masterard/paypal logo
