Thought I would showoff the new toy :)

I got my new truck on Monday! After ~4.5hrs of hard work it was mine. (Yes, dealing with dealership is hard work even w/family pricing!)

2006 F250 PSD 4x4 w/Amarillo Package (Lariat + Amarillo to be exact)

That looks big! What engine do you have in there?

I think I have seen one like that around here in the UK, it's a V8, and sounds *ahem* mean! You can hear it from about 3 miles away!

Friend of a friend of mine has a white F150.

This looks like a nice truck... just lower it, add some ground FX, a body kit (if they even make them for F250s--or you can just have one made custom), cold air intake, strut bar, 2.5'' exhaust, front strut bar, projector headlights, subs, 600 watt amp, and change it from yellow to chrome.
Should only cost about $20.00 for all that.

Man that's a big truck, it looks like the cabin of a semi-trailer. We don't have any of them around here. I think ford gave up after the F100.

Very nice truck! Good luck buying gas for it though. Gas prices here are nearing $3.00 per gallon and still climbing. Ouch!

In the UK they are about to hit £1 a litre which must be nearky $9 a gallon.

My car I pay $3.29 for Premium Unleaded here in CA and Diesel is $3.19 so diesel is a little cheaper but I get 3mpg less heh.

Sorry, yes it's 6 liter/litre diesel.

But it's likely the engine will be even better known for its output torque of 560 lb. ft. at 2,000 rpm.

Very Nice :D I think my car probably struggles to about 100lb.ft by about 5000rpm :) It is a 1.6l petrol though... :)

Theres a red F250 (I think) that I have seen/heard around uni - think it must be the V8 petrol, it sounds awesome, like some kind of V8 powered starship enterprise rolling down the street!
