Summertime and the living is easy. This summer have you spend more time surfing in the ocean or surfing the web? I spend alot of time surfing the web, but it is summer so I'm spending more time on the water than the web

In 3 weeks I am going to the Isle of Wight (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=isle+of+wight&spn=0.465752,0.648399&t=k&hl=en) with the missus, for a fortnight. :D A well-needed break, if I do say so myself ;)

Went surfing a couple of months ago (in the sea that is) - but its wetsuit weather even in the summer here - not sure what its like in Oregon? Its also about 150 miles to the sea...

More the net I would imagine though :)

I just returned from a long weekend at the lake and had a blast. I didn't even hurt myself too badly this time -- just a small bruise on my leg from hitting the water when I fell in while being dragged behind a boat. :D

I'm thinking about getting into windsurfing next summer.

This summer I've spent a lot of time waking up late, playing golf, lounging around at the pool, and cruising in the convertable. Unfortunately this means I work late into the night or work all day when I'm not outside or at a party -- I've been working almost non-stop the last 48 hours (with sleep) -- been outside once ;)

Oregon really depends on where you are and if you get lucky with the place you're in.

I don't remember if it's in California, or Oregon, but some time one of you guys here should check out Big Sur. They got some huge waves out there.

Working has been top priority this summer so far. Although, working is fun. (most of the time) :)

I have just spent 3 weeks in Turkey. Next week I am going to Morocco for 2 weeks. Chillin in England (sort of summer) for 4 weeks...Then it's back home to start the Australian summer.

Bring it on!

I'm considering splashing out on a $5000 professional digital camcorder and making a documentary.

Why, when you can do perfectly good stuff on a cheaper handheld? (Although there's a nice Canon one, which you can use any Canon lens on, that they shot 28 Days Later on. Mmmm)

I won't get any interviews with a handheld one, and I'm after interviewing quite a few high profile people.

I'm sure that they used a variety of different cameras to film that movie. It's just like Maya claiming credit for making Yoda in Starwars--they only used Maya for a little bit, and it altered large amounts.
