I'll let Aspen tell you about SEO and such, since that's his bag.

And I'll tell you mine:

The flash header starts over on EACH page. I don't want to click "skip" every single page I visit - I'll be clicking the big X in the top right instead.

You seem to use several fonts. Try to be consistent. Go from your homepage, to the contact, to your portfolio. You'll see what I mean.

The homepage needs about 1/8th of that content. A few welcoming paragraphs, sure, populated with keywords - but to simply arrive at your website to be introduced on the homepage, without any welcoming message or anything, seeing "The top 20 reasons..." doesn't work for me. Start your homepage by telling them what you do, what you can find there, and mix in some marketing ploys; you'll be good to go. Take a look at www.wirelessphonereviews.com and www.cbswords.com for some good opening paragraphs.

Lastly, the advertising. 100% unprofessional.
