I just wanted to show off the new game I bought: http://www.crazymonkeygames.com/raidenx.html

Let me know what you think of it.

If any of you with online game sites want to download it you can get it at http://www.crazymonkeygames.com/download.php ;)

I tried to play it, it's tough :(

Yeah, you've gotta hang in there until you get some power-ups, then it's easier to defend yourself.

Hard, but really good graphics :)

Once my game site gets sorted I'll put it on...

Very cool! I was up to 75,000 and then I clicked full screen and it restarted :(

I loved those games when I was a kid. I was addicted to the shareware version of Raptor -- poor me, not enough money to buy full games :D

I liked it, had to leave for somewhere after 170k points tho.

I'm amazed at how quickly game technology advances. I was just thinking of how this game is easily of equal complexity and quality of the Super Nintendo generation of console games. I remember when people were AMAZED by the new Super NES games, and now you can get something equal to that in a free online minigame.

Well, you'd be suprised. With SNES (and Sega Genisis) it took 4 people to make Mortal Kombat, but now it takes something like 60 people; however, there are still some small groups, like the fellas that brought you MK, making great things (http://projectoffset.com).

Man. Where you buy these games from?

If I told you that then I'd have competition for buying them and the prices would go up! (That said, the author's link is at the bottom of the game.)

I've got some slick 49x49, 70x59, and 70x70 icons that the author made if any of you are interested in using them on your sites.

Sure. I'll add them when I get time.
