Anyone else run medical sites?

I have over 10 different sites, all different topics, some kind of related. I'm having a hell of a time getting traffic to the one medical site (not general, it is a very specific topic.) I've spent some much time trying to get links & building it up (almost 100 pages of content now.)

Anyone else had any luck in this area? Any creative link building ideas? :cool:

I have one medical site that has been around for about 6 months. I am still optimizing it and building links. I am hoping it will start to do well.
