VPS plans from rockhoster.com and legionbox.com are attractive for me and I wonder which way is better to follow and why?

I've switched hosting providers a dozen times, there's nothing wrong with that, so long as you find a host that you like thats whats important, not what anyone else thinks.
As for me, I am happy with Greenwebpage.com vps hosting (https://www.greenwebpage.com/vpshosting.php). Overall reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use, and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.
