Servers from allwebhost.com and swisslayer.com are nice for me and I have to opt for the best one for hosting a blog, so what would you do being in my place?

So overall, Allwebhost.com server hosting has been good. Great features. Their prices are great but not the cheapest. Recommended!
The advantage of being hosted with them is that I have not seen my site down since long time thanks to their clustered servers.
Get 50% off the price on 1st month using this link - dedicated servers (https://allwebhost.com/dedicated-servers-promo/).

I am 100% satisfied - highly recommend GTHost.com dedicated hosting services to others. Love their Paris servers (https://gthost.com/instant-servers/). They use a Supermicro server blade on Intel Xeon, that is, we do not have “servers” i3, 5, i7, etc.

Taking into account your needs, believe time-tested and reputed hosting brands will serve your demands:
1) hostsailor.com (https://hostsailor.com)
2) neironvps.com (https://neironvps.com)
3) wirenine.com (https://wirenine.com)
According to my experience, these hosting providers have been rock solid from the beginning.

If I were you, I'd rather choose Datapacket.net dedicated server plans (https://datapacket.net/dedicated-server/). Very kind, easy to work with, and exceptional service and value. The perfect host!
The billing process is great. For what you get, the prices are fantastic. Lots of web hosts charge a lot more for a lot less.

I think that would be the best to start with VPS in terms of value for money and than move to dedicated server.
I recommend https://allwebhost.com/dedicated-servers/
BTW with them you can also have VPS.

Signed up with Hostnamaste.com budget dedicated server (https://www.hostnamaste.com/budget-dedicated-servers.php) four months ago and everything went very smooth. The uptime is very good and I haven't faced any problems yet.
Try this package: Dual Intel Xeon E5/X5650/AMD Epyc/Ryzen - 3.40 Ghz, RAM 16GB, 400GB Storage, 10TB 1 Gbps, $49.99/mo. SolusVM Easy-to-Use Control Panel.
