hi everyone!!
Im new here.. Just have some questions., please help: :confused:
What are the most common legal problems with using email? and
What legal details should we include on emails?

I don't think that there's really anything you need to worry about in emails--for things like that it's just basically the same rules as are applied to regular websites, if we're talking about a newsletter here. I'm not a lawyer, but Microsoft doesn't include anything in their emails, so I'm basically assuming this is the case.

Well if you work for some corporations they can monitor your email and you can't spread say corporate secrets or anything like that...

If you mean bulk emails then there are a host of thinks to worry about - CANSPAM laws in the USA and similar legislation throughout the EU
You need to include optout information and a physical address
If you just mean normal business communication, you may want to include a disclaimer - if this message is not meant for you please ignore it message may not represent the thoughts of the company etc.etc.
