I trust GTHost.com instant servers (https://gthost.com/instant-servers/) 100% with ALL my accounts. This is the only host I use. Try them, you won't be sorry.

So far, I haven't experienced any downtime, and hostnamaste.com budget dedicated server (https://www.hostnamaste.com/budget-dedicated-servers.php) is fast. Their servers are very stable.
Overall reliability is great, the control panel is easy to use, and useful, things work the way they say they will - basically impressed with these guys.

It is a good idea to speak to web host's representative to make sure that you'll receive exactly what you need.
Get 50% OFF on all ServerUnion.com dedicated servers, lifetime! It's good cheap hosting. The web control panel is sometimes a little slow but very powerful.

Uptime and speed connectivity have been also great. they are a lovely bunch of people, quick to serve and extremely helpful - I recommend Digitalserver.com.mx servidores dedicados (https://www.digitalserver.com.mx/servidores-dedicados.shtml).

Have a look at plans from solid hosting providers: panamaserver.com and planethoster.com.
Best hosts out there so far. Great service. No hassle.
