Has anyone used Micfo.com for their hosting?

They seem to offer all I want at a good price, but I would really appreciate some feedback from current (or past) clients.

Have a look at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/ - they have a few posts mentioning Micfo.com, and is a good place to ask for customer experiences.
