Congratulations on your new tower! Regarding your question, I would suggest installing Windows 10 on the old machine as it is the most up-to-date version and should work well with March 3.

As for installing it, consider purchasing a windows 10 key cheap (https://www.reddit.com/r/cheapwindowskeys/comments/wjvsae/cheap_windows_keys/) from a reputable seller. There are often great deals on these keys on subreddits.
