Shared plans from rockhoster.com and libertyvps.net are attractive for me and I have to select the best one, so which way is better to go and why?

Highly recommend Libertyvps.net solutions. I personally have not been successful in finding a better combination of fantastic prices, so many add-ons and so much value, and high caliber customer service. If you do things the way you're supposed to, you'll have a response very quickly and usually the problem is fixed within minutes of that.

I've been using hosting022.com (https://hosting022.com/) for five months and they are excellent. I've never had a problem with them. Got SSL certificate and IP address from them at minimal cost.
