Anyone super good at social media?

I know anyone who has TikTok has heard the “baby/child voiceover” on a number of videos…

I’m wondering if anyone can help me…

I’m trying to post a video and while I know I can press “+” video and record content… and press the “Voice Effects”… but that only seems to work on newly recorded content.

but I’m wondering if I can add voiceover content to uploaded videos? (ie. I make a video one afternoon and think “If there was a voiceover saying BLANK it would be great!)

How do I do that?!

Hey! I'm good at Social Media, but, unfortunately, I'm a little worse at Tik Tokul. I still haven't discovered the Tik Tok platform so well. I started with Instagram, which I developed a lot, I gathered a lot of followers, especially thanks to 1394TA (https://1394ta.org/buy-instagram-followers), and I have a dose of beautiful moments spent there. In parallel, I would also like to develop my Tik Tok account. But I find it much harder to use Tik Tok, but I am sure will also be able to use it. We can learn together. What do you say? I think it would be pretty fun :)
