Just noticed today that I can no longer post in there without putting in my phone number. Which one of you guys running the Madden modding discord are trying to steal identities?

Yeah, Discord has introduced this phone number option to steal identities. The saddest thing is that many people are fooled and use their real phone numbers. Such situations can lead to unpleasant endings with stolen personal data. We must all avoid such situations. And that doesn't mean we have to give up Discord or other social networks where they ask for our phone number, but we have to use a temporary number. That's what I've been doing for over a year. I use a temp phone number Germany (https://quackr.io/temporary-numbers/germany) wherever I have to enter a phone number. And so my data is safe.
