I had a history of violence, I was previously convicted of a violent assault, no "reasonable" gun control law would have allowed me to have a gun, much less an assault weapon, the State of Colorado refused to have any "reasonable" gun control statute, therefore, it's their fault I got access to an assault weapon and used it. So it's all their fault, I'm not guilty, they are.

The main thing is awareness of the deed.

Honestly, it is very difficult for me to say who is to blame in this case, since I am not a great specialist, but I know a company that can help you if you are charged and you are sure that you are not guilty. Military attorneys are needed for your case, such as https://ucmjdefense.com/air-force-military-defense-lawyers-court-martial-attorneys.html. It is important not to make hasty statements or maintain your innocence if you are accused, as any statement or confession you make could be used against you in a court martial. Before taking any action or making statements, consult a military attorney.
