I am going through the mortgage process for the first time using an online lender for a fha loan. The realtor says I should go through her "lenders" becuse she never heard of my lender(very well known and comercially advertised) and she would not get paid for anything! I said I was going with my lender and she dosent want to work with me, small town and one realtor office. I really dont undrestand this?????

Well, of course, she'll be upset because, in fact, she won't get her percentage of the sale, you know? Did you warn your realtor before consulting with an online mortgage broker? Because if not, then it turns out she spent her time on you, and you secretly use the services of another person, so that would also be wrong on your part. However, if you warned her, this is the realtor's problem and not yours. When I applied for a mortgage, I immediately turned to Mortgage Advisor Manchester (https://manchestermoneyman.com) because I knew I did not understand anything.
