Traffic exchanges any good?

Has anybody had good results using traffic exchanges like TrafficSwarm, Traffic Roundup ect. Is this traffic worth buying?

I don't know about those particular companies, but I've never heard ANY positive experiences from people that have directly bought traffic from anywhere.

TrafficSwarm gave me spyware, or one of their site did (mycoolbar). I would not use them.

I think buying traffic is sometimes quite good, if you have the right site. I know a few people who have benefited after buying traffic.

Traffic exchanges...I'm not keen on them.

I've read somewhere in forums that TrafficSwarm is a kind of scam. And it was said several times...I've never used them but I tried some free traffic "generators" with no results :mad:
