Excuse me for asking, but is there a good WordPress Forum or a Tutorial on Youtube? (or both)

I am interested in:

1) Adding meta tags to an existing web page
2) Creating completly new e-commerce website

There are a lot of tutorial videos about WordPress. But it all depends on why you need to learn WordPress. For example, I watched those videos to create a forum where people could share their experience of owning Pitbulls. I was getting a lot of errors, so I decided to use the services prosvit.design (https://prosvit.design/wordpress-intranet/) to develop the website. I am glad that I used their services because I saved a lot of time, and the website is much better than I would create it. Most of all I like the design. It is minimalistic and easy to understand.
