Why I don't see any backlinks in google search console?

Recently, I have created a lot of backlinks, it has been more than 1 month. I created backlinks through guest posts, catalogs, social bookmarks, articles on social networks, recent articles on other sites. But I don't see any new backlinks in the Google search console for the last 2 months. In addition, the rating began to fall, despite many efforts.
