Living in Scotland & spending majority of time working indoors, I don't get a lot of sun exposure.

The only only other way for me to get vitamin D into my body is through diet. Being lactose-intolerant, I try to avoid dairy products. Even with the inclusion of salmon, egg yolks & fortified cereals, etc, I don't imagine I'll be able to reach the recommended daily dosage.

My immune system isn't bad but as I get injections to put me on temporary menopause, I want to do what I can now to look after my bones to avoid anything osteoporosis-related later on.

A lack of vitamins may appear after a keto diet. It is essential not to allow this.
I have had many diets during my life because there are frequent hormonal failures in my body. Because of this, I gain weight very quickly. I followed a variety of diets to keep me in shape somehow. As a result, my body suffered from a lack of vitamins of various groups. As a result, I started doing IV therapy (https://www.xcellr8.health/iv-hydration-therapy/), which was designed to make up for the lack of vitamins. By the way, the results become noticeable almost immediately.
