MSN is now on!

MSN search is now officialy on, any immediate indications in your stats? A little boost in mine.

i dont have hourly stats but i do think i should see some good traffic. Reasons i think this

Nice rankings for good terms, Emancipator. And it's an excellent site (though the top and bottom navigations are lacking visibility, cause of the black texst on a dark blue), so I'm sad to see it's not #1 for all of them :)

yeah thats a firefox issue im working on that is ticking me off to no end. Firefox + CSS = uber pain in my ***.

and i just found what it was now, so no more black text on blue in 2minutes if your using firefox.

I think you'll find Firefox implements CSS almost perfectly - IE has a number of errors and annoyances in the way it processes CSS. Often CSS is written incorrectly so it works in IE, then when it displays it technically correctly in Firefox, but not what is wanted, Firefox is blamed....

Back on topic: Stats havent updated for a while, but should see some nice traffic from MSN :)

Very impressive! I have many other sites that are doing well. My web design company is number one for it's regional area/keywords and I'm number five for my city's name by itself.

I can't tell on visitors for today, but overall, MSN traffic has picked up considerably the last week or two. Google is making love to my main site right now, so my last 300 visitor views only goes back 1.5 hours.

yeah i should add that MSn was .08 % of my traffic and climbed to 1.2% which is about 10,000 visitors, but still doesnt touch my other referrers :)


im hoping to see it climb even more.

The text is a lot better, Emancipator; have you tried having the blue color from the border on a:hover to see if it looks any good? And it's usually not Firefox's fault, as R2 said. Just run it through http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/

For some of my newer sites, most of my traffic is coming from MSN. It's nice not to be so dependent on Google.

Msn is showing alright for now. I've actually done better in Yahoo than in google for a while. Google suddenly dropped me on almost everything, and it's very slow in bringing me back.
