Where can I have quality shared hosting plan?
Is that kvchosting.net or rockhoster.com?

I would highly recommend Hostmines.com (http://Hostmines.com/) hosting services to everyone, with no downtime, and fast servers.
I work in technology and collaborate with lots of other vendor support people, and never have I been so impressed with the response and quality of their support.

Personally I like Kvchosting.net SSD web hosting (https://www.kvchosting.net/unlimited-hosting.html) service. The cpu load from other users is pretty low, and even if the disks look full on cpanel they seem plenty responsive. Their goal seems to be to satisfy customers, not to make it difficult to switch hosting.

Can add that hostingsource.com has very friendly and quick customer service! The service is almost always up, and the sites load faster than they did with previous hosts. Budget friendly for hosting multiple sites. Works great with php and cms database. Definitely he best we have tried so far.

Can add that hostmines.com cheap web hosting (https://www.hostmines.com/linux-shared-hosting/) is really amazing! The uptime is excellent, their promise of 99.9% is correct.
You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can.
