tracking programs

What tracking or website analysis programs do you guys use? free or paid. I saw a really neat one that my friend got free with his provider (My site does not provide one.) it was called deep metrix or web metrix or something like that,but it cost $49 a month and that is not in the budget right now, I would rather use that for promotion.
Also how do you use your analysis to promote your site.

Chris, does AXS work on windows servers with asp?

If you have Perl installed it should, though you may need to make some edits to the logging module.
