(O/T, I think the times on the forum are screwy, or my settings are:))
I've not seen any PR changes yet - a couple of 7s would be nice, though.

I tell a lie - my community site is, according to digitalpoint, up from 0 to 5.
My PR6 sites are down to PR5 (expected). My work's website up to 5 from 3 :) And some other sites have dropped from 5 to 4 (again, not unexpected).
Too bad about the drops, but the gains are welcomed. FWIW, Digitalpoint doesn't show any changes except for the first I mentioned; the rest are according to the Firefox PR toolbar.
my PR4 stayed at a 4 surprising considering i havnt touched it for 3months
my PR0s both went to a 3, 1 of which im surprised about as it has no links to it and its not even online properly just a page witha paragraph about the site and when it will go live

Drops all round really. :( Time for some aggressive link building.
Interestingly, there seems to be a general trend of less PR over all the sites I look at.

Digitalpoint is always delayed for PR, for my sites. Only by looking at the sites themselves can I find out the latest toolbar PR.

I pay more attention to the dp PR reading as the toolbar pr is thought to be less important. All in all its nice to have another tb pr update fairly soon after the last one.

They're the same thing. They just obtain the PR data from different servers.

my bad :) I still prefer the dp readings - although now i dont know why.
stargeek.com has a pr showing tool thingy
i think thats the url anyway, if not just type in stargeek in google or yahoo or whichever search engine you use
I'm seeing drops all around.

I went from 1 PR6 (Urgames.com, now PR4) to 3 PR6 (LiteratureForums.net, 4Dictionary.com, Book-Reviews.ws).
But PR doesn't matter as much in this day and age...
I see some strange drops in other peoples PR though, Chris' Survival site seems to be 6/7, but now it's only 5. Surprising to say the least, and DMOZ PR hasn't fallen so I'm now sure how that can be explained.

Why dya buy all those links then? ;) PR matters just as much as before, but what you do with it, how you handle it, matters much more.
To kinda extend on what Sean is saying, I'd rather have 50 PR4 links to my site, rather than one PR8. I think that is what a lot of people are now realising, PR isn't everything, there are other things (such as link pop) to consider.

Buy links? I bought one for a month or so for msn emotions ending in August, but haven't bought any since.

Sorry, my mistake then. I just presumed you paid for your links on literaturevault and lit.org since they are grouped close to stuff like "Degrees Online" etc.

Nah, it was a link exchange, I did it with lots of literature sites, seems to have gone well for me, got a lot of traffic and a lot more AWS pages indexed.
I've noticed a lot of PR0 sites have jumped to PR3. Bizarrely one of them was more-or-less just a holding page!
Having said that, none of them really appear when you do a google search for relevant terms.. I think google may have dropped the ball somewhat :S Shoud I wait for re-adjustments?

I once had a holding page with a PR of 5 :) Then it went to 0 at the next update. LOL

Looking at the number of backlinks you have, it's worked out very well indeed for you!

Do an allinurl on book-reviews.ws... Now that's impressive...
I don't think profit wise it's changed much though. I've basically always been top for literature forums in google, book reviews it might have made me an extra $50 a month or so, but not too much, and 4 dictionary hasn't got the traffic to warrent ads yet...
But with PR6 on them I can get some even better link exchanges and maybe get better results in google for all of them, or just direct some PR to more needy sites..
4 -> 4
4 -> 4
2 -> 3
0 -> 3
0 -> 3
So fairly good for me - also now got PR on a coupla link exchange pages, so looks like link exchanges for a while for me :)

Yeah I think I read on the DP forum that there was a delay but I can't find the exact thread.

DP is updating with new PR now.
My home page got PR4 and some inner pages PR5...
Cookery online somehow seems to have a PR0 homepage and some PR3 internal pages!
