My wife and I decided to get a divorce and in a while after that I started thinking about running my small business. I am wondering, is she able to get a part of it because I have proceeded with registering 3 days after we got nc do it yourself divorce packet (https://onlinedivorcer.com/online-divorce-nc). If there is any difference for me and what things I should be aware of not to lose my business because of a divorce?
