Really good if you use different contents in each blog, the same keyword is not an issue.

Using same content over and over again can penalize your blog pages in Google.

Not necessarily. Basically, keyword cannibalization is bad when you have similar pages (~duplicate content) that rank for the same keyword. If you have categories on your website then the situation is different.
