You want to check the website health then there are multiple options available for it. But, to understand in a best way that how google is looking your website, I will suggest google webmaster tools. Other tools which are alternative of it are #bingwebmaster, #semrush, #moz, #ahref. But, I still prefer to use google webmaster tools.
