Title Tag Length: It should be of maximum of 65 characters, however, there are no such limitations, Google currently displays up to 600 pixels text, which may also include texts of 70 characters.

Meta Description Length: It should be limited up to 160 characters. As after the text goes 160 characters, it’s truncated & SERPs visitors could not see the text after it.
