Right server to buy in Europe

Servers from QHoster.com (https://www.qhoster.com/dedicated-servers.html) and ASVhost.com (https://asvhost.com/dedicated-servers/) are to my liking and I have to select the best one for hosting a forum, so what would you do if you were me?

Since signing up with QHoster.com web hosting, things have went extremely smooth. There is an occasional outage, but things are only down for a minuscule amount of time.
