Im think of starting an e-commerce site, which allows users to download what they buy, and pay through paypal.

Are there any free shopping carts?

OS Commerce has a bad interface, its not easy to navigate through.

I have CubeCart and Agora available in cpanel, so I assume they are free.

i wrote a cart for paypal in a couple of hours. My suggestion make your own if you can. I dont like oscommerce either. IT is why i made one.

If you look in paypal merchant tools I'm sure they have something. I could be wrong though...

I dont think it offers a download thing, plus what is the cost the site says

"No up-front costs - you'll have the same low fee schedule used when you receive other PayPal payments"
