Servers from legionbox.com (https://legionbox.com/dedicated-servers/) and theelector.com (https://theelector.com/dedicated-servers.php) are nice and I have to select the best for hosting a forum, any ideas?

I definitely would recommend cloudarion.com (http://www.cloudarion.com/) server hosting deals (switzerland, germany, russia, usa) to any friends of mine.
Sometimes saving a couple bucks a month isn't the best deal. I'm actually paying nearly half what I used to pay my old host and I'm getting much more for my money now.
