You can measure the success by following things
-Speed of response time.
-Customer satisfaction surveys.
-Engagement on social media.
-Customer retention.

Hello, to check if my campaign is running good I look for the Social traffic, Returning visitors, Behavior flow and User demographics which helps me in knowing that I am doing good and what are the things needed to optimize.
