Which are the most important areas to include your keyword for the SEO purpose?

Here are the areas where you can include keywords. I will explain with example. Let’s take example of Oil Expeller in India.

EMD site ( Exact Matched Domain). In this case you can use keyword in domain itself. So the site name will be OilExpeller
PMD (Partial matched domain). You can use “oilexpeller” (if you don't have the EMD Domain)

Title
Meta description
Body copy
Schema (rich snippet)
Heading (H1, H2)
First line of web page
Anchor text
footer link
internal link
Alt tag (for image)
Tagging
Blog commenting
Blog title
and some other areas where you can add keywords

If you wish to optimize your Word doc, PDF, PPT, Video, you can use keywords in title.

-Body Content (Follow Keyword Density). Try to include keyword in first paragraph of the body content.
-Alt Tags
-Anchor Text.
