An idea - what do you think?

Hi folks,

After I have finished making my template site, which will be soon, I need another 'project' to get started on. So, I thought that I could do a kindof review site about internet services (domain, hosting etc) and put an affiliate link at the bottom of each review so users can sign up. I would have thought loads will have done this, but just wondering if you think:

a) its a good idea?
and...
b) should it make some money?

Yes its a good idea, I'm doing it myself with this site. Yes there is alot of money making potential there.

However you will of course need the traffic and there is also alot of competition.

Would you reccomend it to someone who hasen't really made a propper ecommerce site?

Sure... since it wouldn't really be an ecommerce site.

An ecommerce site is where you sell products directly.

Try to finish this template site ASAP and get it a good PR, write that article for you and then go onto the site I am on about in this thread...

There are already alot of ecommerce review sites (mine included), but if you know what you are doing, you can still make a good profit.
