"In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 698 already displayed. If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."

When searched for something, google displays the results very relevant to the search and ignores the results similar to the ones that are already displayed.

When searched with ‘repeat the search with omitted results included', it displays all the results irrespective of even the similar results are displayed multiple times. This will not give the most relevant results for the search.
