If Google not disvowing links even after 60days then check your disvowing file and see if you done something wrong. Update that file again and it should do the job.

Generally, it will take 10-15 days to disable the link if you are done it properly, Sometime it will take more time at that time you should check that you have done properly in disavow or not and then try to submit again, google disavow tool will remove the link.
