If it is a link towards your website, you can simply ask the administrator of the other website to simply delete the link. If that not works, you can disavow those links.

If there is any link in ' Toxic link report' that matches with the link on your website, then you can remove it by using 'Google Disavov tool'.

Contact the website owner and request him to take it down.
Add the link to Google Disavow which will ensure even if the link is there Google won’t count it in the list.

You have to use Google Disavow SEO tools to remove toxic links from your website easily.

Log in to your Google account.
Go to the Disavow Tool.
Select your site.
Click “Disavow Links”
Locate and upload the disavow file you created.
Click “Submit”
