er I dont know how wise it was to post it right now... if it does not work it will be back on at 1:30 PM EST. My host is moving to a new datacenter and there is a little down time.

It works for me... but the design seems very plain/basic. You need to design it abit more.
Cheers...

no problems here...
Since you are linking to external resources, probably you should consider opening them in a separate window so that you don't loose the visitor. And yes, some more decoration won't be out of place :)

it looks my host has run into some unexpected technical difficulties. I wonder when everything will be back to normal. :(

Graphically pretty simple, but effective from an information architecture point of view thats for sure - you can find what you want pretty quickly.
A little bit more colour might help make it aesthetically pleasing, but a great first site (my first site was sooo bad!)
I wouldnt necessarily say you need many graphics, just a bit more colour, like a coloured bar at the top and bottom, for the title and footer, and maybe a contrasting colour bar for the menu.

i dont know about the color... i like it, but public opinion is the opinion that matters. Perhaps I will.
Thanks for the compliment paulfitz... that was what I was I trying to do. Make it easy to find free ASP scripts.
Question: Doesn't Google like bland sites?
Google has no idea what your site looks like. Could be black and white, or completely tie-dyed... Shouldnt make a difference to the SERPs.
All looks good though as a website. Should the Copyright at the bottom have a capital 'C' though? It looks kinda weird...

Go to http://www.sitepoint.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=219 and make a new thread offering $50 for making a logo for the site.
Add a rating system.
Add more colour.
Use PHP instead of ASP.

I meant for your coding. PHP is faster than ASP for some reason, and also easier to use mod_rewrite on.

oh. I may use php for my other sites. But for an ASP site it seems sorta hypocritical. You know what i mean.
