Page rank is calculated on the basis of quality inbound links from other website or webpages to our webpage or a website.

SERP (Search Engine Result page) is the placement of the website or web-pages which is returned by the search engine after a search query or attribute.

PR depends on the number of quality links pointing to a website. SERP stands for Search Engine Results Page which is presented to user when they search for any query. The results on SERP page are also ranked and this RANK is different from PR.

Page rank is the measure of the popularity of your webpage in search engines. It is of no value today as Google has stopped updating its page rank algorithm.

A search engine results page (SERP) is the page displayed by a search engine in response to a query by a searcher. The main component of the SERP is the listing of results that are returned by the search engine in response to a keyword query.
