Cutter

I was reading the sticky "tips for a better search engine ranking" thread and noticed Chris's suggestion to add a title attribute to every link. I've heard plenty of people say add alt tags to images, but I never even thought about the title attribute. Does anybody make sure all their links have this, or perhaps just the important ones?

ive heard talk that title links work, and table title values work, but in the same stroke ive seen people say dont bother.
I use both title and alt tags to play it safe.

If SEs don't use them now, they'll use them later.
If not just for SEs use them for accessibility reasons.
