If your saying how? Then you need to know 3d modeling in flash, this is really and and not worth learning because its not efficent. Or you can use a 3rd part tool like swish. I wouldn't recommend doing a site like that, becuase its not professional; if something moves it doesn't mean that its good.

I have to disagree with you tntcheats. It depends on the content of your site, for example a large game site would not benifit from a flash site, but flash headers are the most usefull. Flash sites are usually used for company site's you offer sometype of service, eg create games.
