Similar Script to WikiPedia??

Is there a similar script to Wikipedia that we can use on our website (our own content)?
Something that allows members to edit and add their own content to the site.

This isn't for a content site, but eBay has feeds where you can display all the live auctions on your site for a certain topic (say you had a site about cars, you could list all auctions for cars/car parts).

It wouldn't be a standalone thing like Wikipedia content, but it may be something to accommodate other content.
