Best Bank

What is the best bank for small business in the United States? I need to find a bank that has a more national presence then my current credit union. Suggestions?

Why do you need more of a national presence?

i am going to be going to school in DC and I want to still access a bank at home in NC. I want to use an ATM in DC and be able to use one Charlotte without fees.

My guess is that Bank of America would be your best choice. 1000s of ATMs all over the east coast and most everywhere else too.

Many Universities have exclusive deals with one particular bank to and allow only that one bank's ATMs on campus. Unless you want to pay a lot of fees for using someone else's ATM, you might want to see what kind of ATM's are on your campus in DC before you make your decision. The best case, IMO, would be if you could find a bank that has branches and ATMs in your hometown, and had ATMs on your campus. Otherwise, if you have to make a decision now, Bank of Americas are everywhere. (You may just have to go off-campus to get to one.)

I live in charlotte where they are headquartered so everyone's parents work for them...
