Do any of you factor in the geographical split of your ads when tiering up your placements?

I am interested to know whether it plays a part, and/or if you see any trend with fill rates for each of the networks for non US traffic, (and indeed US traffic).

In addition, do any of you use an adserver such as phpAdsNew or something more enterprise (DFP, Falk etc), and if so how many page impressions were you serving when you made the decision to implementent it?

Thanks,

Dan

Do I take it by the lack of replies that you do not care about non-US?

Thanks,

Dan :)

Hi Dan, I always try to put the highest paying ad networks in first :). I got the FastClick newsletter and now they are showing the ad campains by country, US, UK, Italy, International ect. Lots of campains for the UK and good to know they have lots of international campains too. IMHO FastClick is a very good network for non-US traffic.

It depends on where the foreign traffic is from. Canada and UK is not usually a problem, except for BlueLithium. The rest of my European traffic I've been sending to realtechnet. I thin kit will be more accepted from other networks as the idea of a world economy sets in. I've also heard that FocusIN supports some countries in Europe, but not sure as to how far they go. After that, I am not sure as to where else to go. Possibly to a CPA network, or self-promoting some of my other sites.
