In terms of a graphic design (https://www.newperspectivestudio.co.za/)software INKscape may be there and im sure you will find many other smaller programs on the web with a search some would be freemuim. The problem is that graphic design can be profitable to anybody, so most of the people who use these tools intend to make a bit of money with them. However most graphic designers even the half serious ones will opt for paid programs Gimp, Corel Draw, and Adobe suites being the go to for most things.
The functionality offered by the above mentioned tools would never be GIVEN away online for nothing. They are powerful in the hands of creatives.

InShot is great for video editing with the phone. For the PC I recommend using Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere

For the most part, online editing has been replaced by video editing software that operates on non-linear editing systems. There are many free online video editors. Most of them are beginner-friendly.

I always edit and convert my video files online. https://www.videoconverter.com/ is the ideal online video converting tool for individuals. It is so easy to use which is the most important for me. My computer skills are very weak.

Yeah I agree coming back to this thread things like adobe premiere are now only being used by a very few of the top tier graphic designers around. Like in web design and pretty much everything else on the web drag and drop diy builders are fast replacing these traditional graphic design softwares even though I dislike them they so what they are meant to do offer a cheap alternative for some business owner to make his own videos without using a graphic designer. Paying a company instead.

Blender and Inkscape are both great for your use case.
You could just Google to find out more about these tools.
